At GROW Cymru, we want to help you and your children. We know that school uniforms can be expensive, and sometimes they get too small or aren’t needed anymore.
That’s why we collect pre-loved uniforms from many schools in Swansea. We make sure they’re clean and ready to be used again. If you’re worried about the cost of school uniforms or want to reduce waste, you can buy these uniforms from us for a small fee. This way, you can save money for important things like food and other necessities.

Our Women into Work project is here to support you every step of the way. We provide training and guidance to help you prepare for job interviews.
We understand how important it is to make a good impression, so we also offer pre-loved clothes for interviews and work. You can choose from suits, dresses, trousers, jackets, and more, all for a small donation. We want you to feel confident and happy with your appearance during interviews and at work.

Thanks to a grant we received, we can give free menstrual products to all females in Swansea.
It’s not right that some girls miss school because they can’t afford these essential items. We believe that tampons, pads, and other products should be free for everyone.
We also want to teach you about sustainable solutions and help end the taboos around periods.
When you visit GROW Cymru every month, you can get the products you need. We even have reusable products like knickers and sanitary pads that can be washed and used again, which is good for the environment.
Let’s improve education about periods and put an end to period poverty together.
Our Bra Bank collects unwanted bras, both new and old. We send them to places where underwear is very expensive, so they can be reused.
Even if a bra is not suitable for wearing, we make sure it doesn’t go to waste. We recycle the parts and donate the money to Breast Cancer research.
If you need a Bra Bank at your workplace or school, let us know.
You can also drop off your unwanted bras with us, and we’ll take care of everything.
