Remember, reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and these helplines are here to offer support, understanding, and a friendly ear during challenging times. You don’t have to face this alone.
Reach out to NHS 111 and select option 2 for urgent mental health support. This helpline operates 24/7, offering compassionate assistance when you need it the most. Visit the NHS 111 Wales website to learn more about this service.
When you need someone to talk to, the Samaritans are here for you. They offer a 24/7 service, 365 days a year, where you can call 116 123 (free from any phone) or email jo@samaritans.org
If you prefer face-to-face support, you can visit some Samaritans branches.
Welsh Language Line: 0808 164 0123 (7pm-11pm daily).
If you’re experiencing mental health challenges or supporting someone else, SANEline is available daily from 4.30pm to 10.30pm.

For anyone grappling with thoughts of suicide, the National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK offers a supportive listening service.

For young individuals under 25, The Mix is here for you.
